1. How do we get started?
Purchase the Easy setup kit. It contains easy to follow step by step instructions to get you started or you can view our online video tutorials.
2. Is the internet required to use the Easy Setup Kit?
The device will require a WIFI internet connection to enable video calling. If you don’t have WIFI available, you can purchase our 4G dongle and SIM card data plan.
3. My TV doesn't have a HDMI connection at the back. How can I connect it?
You can buy an adapter from our online store which converts DVI and VGA to HDMI. If your Television doesn’t have any of those connections, you can purchase an inexpensive 24″ LCD screen from our online Store.
4. How much does it cost?
The Easy Setup Kit is only $135 and includes everything you need to connect by HDMI to a standard LCD screen or TV.
Data charges are additional and depending on whether you have an available WIFI service or need to use a Data SIM card.
5. What help is available?
Our online Videos cover every aspect of connecting, using and troubleshooting your new Easy Setup Kit. If you are unable to find the help you need, our Chat app is available and an operator can guide you through the process.
